N is for Nip/Tuck

Can you believe that we are halfway through this month and the challenge?  Me neither.  The first half was great so let's get going on the second part.  A memorable show to begin it all.

So, it's been a few years this this show ended.  It was on FX.  Remember it?  It was pretty memorable.  Two plastic surgeons, best friend since college.  A thriving practice.  Both men talented and driven.  One driven for the art and helping others (at first) and the other driven by money and the clientele.  Each episode featured one particular patient who needed some kind of plastic surgery for some reason.  The show then focused on that story but there were also constant story lines going on in addition.

Sure, some of the plots were twisted, shocking, and sometimes far-fetched.  But that was the point.  That was what made it interesting.  For me at least.  It was what also drove the show.  It was good.  Something different, very different.  I wasn't a fan of how they closed everything at the end of its run. but it is what it is.  It was a good show.  Entertaining.  Interesting.  Definitely something you should check out if you haven't seen it.  You may love it, you may hate it.  It's that kind of show.

So, seen it?  What did you think?  Good, bad, ridiculous?  I know it's on Netflix if you want to give it a shot!

All is well, 14/26 down, in Drosche Land.

  3. I don't understand why you don't have more people coming to your site. Do you FB and tweet it? Do you go to other A to Z sites? I love your posts and wish more people could see it.
